Meet Britain’s entrepreneurial elite - Business Leader put together the first iteration of “The Great British Billion Pound Businesses” list in association with Deutsche Bank Wealth Management. The change makers and innovators at the top of some of the UK’s most successful businesses which spearheaded growth across multiple industries.
Like many business leaders today, the people on this list have navigated across complex challenges and managed to build lasting success. The list looks at the entrepreneurs who’ve already walked the path to success and we can learn from their stories.
Part of the project included creating an illustrative and bold identity that would align with both, the Business Leader brand and the editorial data-driven content, to become a unique business data hub. Furthermore there was a printed publication which was circulated at the Business Leader Summit 2025.

The design work for the project involved developing an illustrative identity, nested within the Business Leader brand, which represents the unique journeys and paths to the peak of success as a billion-pound business in Britain.
Deliverables include identity design and art direction, a digital hub incorporating a wide range of data as well as a printed brochure published at the 2025 Business Leader Summit.
Additionally a refined illustrative house style was developed for editorial content.
