The band From First To Last asked me to develop a range of motion graphics, experimenting with their new branding and cover artwork to promote their new releases.

Across various stylistic tests I settled on combining their new ‘anime’ inspired visuals with lo-fi CRT and glitch edits to create a unique, analogue feel. In the process I reduced their detailed artwork to simple outlines combined with colourful glitch textures.

In addition to creating a set of base graphics, I developed a system to pair and overlay animations to allow for unique combinations across different assets.
