The Growth 500 is the largest and most comprehensive guide to the fastest-growing businesses in the UK. Curated and compiled by Robert Watts, the renowned compiler of The Sunday Times Rich List, the list is the result of a rigorous, data-driven process.

With the Growth 500 celebrating the UK’s fastest-growing businesses, the task was to visually capture not just growth, but the sheer diversity and ambition of these companies. Designing for such a broad spectrum meant creating a visual identity that felt modern, dynamic, and inclusive. We used bold, flexible typography, clean layouts, and a flexible grid system to accommodate a wide range of company profiles, all while maintaining a cohesive look.

One of the most rewarding parts of the project was designing visual elements that celebrate scale and momentum without overshadowing the human stories behind the data. For the awards event, we introduced subtle animations and interactive visuals for digital formats, while keeping the print edition sleek and authoritative.
